Many women shy away from full coverage foundations because they don’t want to end up with cakey makeup (we have a couple of tips for avoiding cakiness). However, that’s not always true. Fenty Beauty, a beloved brand, has mastered the art combining coverage with a lightweight formulation. This foundation should be applied with a light hand, as a small amount of product can make a big difference. Blend the foundation until it reaches a natural look. This foundation is suitable for all skin types. While you will get shiny after a while if your skin is oily, some mattifying primer underneath, setting powder and Urban Decay’s De-Slick setting spray over top will go a long way towards keeping the shine at bay. Truth be told, this combination was a lifesaver for me during my oily skin years in my late teens and early twenties.

This CC cream is a well-known classic that’s formulated with hydrating properties (thank you, hyaluronic acid), but doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy.
