Contrary to what most celebrities do, Turner didn’t take to Instagram to show her latest hair color transformation. Red isn’t a new look for the actor. She was photographed with a darker, copperier-toned shade than what we see in these recent photos. An advertisement for a Louis Vuitton watch she shared via Instagram on January 14th is an example. Three months before the advertisement was launched, the actor posted another picture of herself showing off her dark hair.
According to colorists AllureAccording to a previous conversation, red will be worn in a variety of shades this year, including dark brown and red. This hair color is known as chocolate cherry and can be worn with a variety reds like roses and copper. But “rich brown” serves “as a background color,” according to Lorena Martinez, Maxine Salon. Though Turner’s hair is a bit brighter than these trend predictions, maybe she knows something we don’t — or she’s starting a fiery new trend all on her own.
The reasons Turner’s hair color change are not clear. Perhaps she is simply trying to get a brighter, more youthful look for spring, which is less than a month away.
