Netflix Is Creating a ‘Love Is Blind’ and ‘Too Hot To Handle’ Hybrid Reality Show

They may combine to bring down humanity. We can’t wait for the result. Netflix has merged its reality dating shows, which are hugely popular. Love is blindAnd Too Hot to HandleNick Lachey hosts this mammoth program.

The supergroup cast for the new series, which is yet untitled, will include contestants representing Love is Blind Too Hot to HandleThe Circle, Selling TampaPersisting IP and other IP from the streaming services Variety. Remember when Thor met with the Hulk back in 2012? AvengersAnd everyone lost their minds. It was kinda like that.

The announcement comes via a music video for a song called “Love Has No Off Season” from a fake boy band that’s made up of stars from the Netflix Reality Universe (Netflix’s term, not ours—really). The three are Nathan Webb, Harry Jowsey and Nathan Soan Mngomezulu. Too Hot to TouchJarrette Jones, Matt Barnett and. Love is blind.

Variety says that the group was inspired by Lachey’s days in 98˚, but the whole enterprise reminds us much more of O-Town from Making the Band. Remember Danity Kane No? No. Cool cool, I’ll just go shrivel-up and die.

Lachey & Co will next be seen hosting The UltimatumThe series, in which two couples on the verge of marriage are forced to choose between tying the knot or pulling the plug, has already been renewed with an all-queer cast. According to the announcement, it will be mostly women. The show will debut on April 13, so mark you calendars and get stretching. The danger of muscle atrophy is real with this much Netflix.
