House of Gucci star Lady Gaga said she pushed for things to get “hot” with costar Salma Hayek in the movie .Unfortunately, it didn’t happen for us.
Lady Gaga has been very transparent and open about her journey playing Patrizia in the Ridley Scott drama. This has earned her many accolades including a SAG Award nomination as best actress. Gaga revealed that she spoke with an Italian accent for several month and that she hired the services of a psychiatric nurse in order to be with her on set.
And during MGM Studios House of Gucci panel, per Insider,The actor and pop star shared their thoughts on how she pushed for a sex scene in the film with Salma Hayek. In House of GucciHayek portrays Giuseppina “Pina”, a co-conspirator of the planned assassination Patrizia’s husband, Mauricio Gucci. Adam Driver plays him.
“There’s a whole side of this film that you did not see where Pina and I developed a sexual relationship,” Gaga said. “Director’s cut, who knows. This is a testament. [Scott]As a director because he allowed me to go there. I can recall being on set alongside Salma and thinking, ‘So after Maurizio has died, maybe it gets warm?’ She was like, What are you talking?’

Upon receiving her SAG Award nomination, Gaga wrote on Instagram, “I am so beyond grateful to be nominated for Best Actress by the @sagawards for my performance in House of GucciJared Leto won Best Supporting Actor.
