Hubby David Beckham was in the comments (love to see it) writing, “Give this girl a Gold medal 🥇 @mrbobbyrich @victoriabeckham 🔥.

How does this fashion mogul and mom stay fit? After hitting a fitness wall, Ms. Posh got a job as a performance coach and a personal trainer with Bobby Rich.

“It was becoming apparent to her that the benefits from her own training routines had become minimal,” Bobby told Women’s Health UK.“Despite spending daily 90+ minutes in the gym, she was only maintaining her fitness levels and not improving in any other meaningful way.” She was ready for a change.”

She was apprehensive to start weightlifting, but Bobby says these concerns were “short lived.” Now Victoria is in the gym lifting consistently, while also making time for rest, which is crucial according to Bobby.

“The biggest change in her training week was introducing structure and progression,” Bobby said. “We did this through incorporating training cycles, which are blocks of time that concentrate on different aspects (improving strength and endurance, etc.) which would allow her to improve, peak, maintain, rest and repeat.” Another big hurdle was reminding Victoria that sometimes a 35-minute gym sesh can be way more effective than a 90 minute one, it just depends on where you are at!

Victoria is very simple when it comes to food. Salmon is her go-to for skin balance. Victoria shared this tip with Harold Lancer, a dermatologist. The Sun: “I used to have really problematic skin and he said, ‘You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I’ve known him for years, he sorted my skin out.”

On an empty stomach, she also started every morning with two tablespoons apple cider vinegar. “Be brave!” she wrote on an old IG story, per Women’s Health Australia.
