It was difficult for her to get back into the swing of her regular exercises. Venus says, “It was like taking baby steps.” Before she ever set foot in the gym again she was setting new goals. She thought, “What are the goals you can set?”

She explains that “every effort you put into adds up.” “Even if one day you put in only a minute, it adds to the effort.”
