    She doesn’t have a set routine for her workouts because she is constantly filming. In fact, she spoke with her in a 2021 interview. HealthIt was when she realized that she would not be able to devote a lot to her fitness that things began to get easier. She explained that she uses an app that allows her to drop in on classes from wherever she is. “I was recently [filming]I moved to New Mexico and began taking Pilates. I have noticed a significant improvement in my posture, core strength, and overall health.

    Since her high school days, Rachel has been very active in fitness. When Vanity FairWhen asked how her time as a high school wrestler influenced her current career, she said, “I haven’t yet done any project that requires that I whip myself into shape, regardless of whether it’s an action movie, or playing a superhero.”

    She said, “I’d love an excuse for whipping my ass into form.” That would be a true luxury.

    Rachel also emphasizes healthy eating habits. She has previously shared the following: ShapeA green smoothie is her favorite drink in the morning. She then fuels up with plenty of vegetables, lean meats, and other healthy foods. “For lunch, I have a sandwich or salad with some type of protein-like salmon or chicken, or even quinoa-and lots and lots of vegetables. I also love roasted root veggies with fish for dinner,” she explained.
