    And for her Wonder Woman: 1984 She trained for six hours per day and was a tough role model. She shared her experience, saying that she did two hours gym work, two to three hours of fight choreography, as well as two hours horseback riding. Live with Kelly und Ryan.

    Magnus Lygdback, Gal’s trainer, shared one the workouts he did on Instagram. Intense. “I’m a big fan of working different parts of the body every day so your body gets to recover and rest in between,” Lygdback told Women’s Health.

    Her diet was equally important. Lygdback shared this with WH Gal ate five meals a day, three main meals and two snacks. All of these meals were whole foods, with a balance of protein, complex carbs (like wild rice), healthy oils, and plenty of vegetables.

    Gal enjoys a sweet treat every once in a while. One of Gal’s favorite treats is ice cream—and she makes sure to never deprive herself.
