    The second look is a rose-covered asymmetrical dress that I might just cut off my right arm for, captioned (fittingly) “🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹.” A-lister pal Sarah Hudson, a singer and self-described “iconic hag” (per her IG bio) commented “my kitten! ❤️”

    The best part? A head-to-upper thigh glitter dress. The dress features an open back and cutouts at her booty to show all her muscles. Someone has been doing her squats 👀🍑 This photo was captioned, “Can you see me? 🍦” and I most certainly do. And Dua, you’re looking fab!

    How does the pop star keep so fit? Luckily for us, she’s more than willing to share her ways with the class! Dua starts the day by getting sweaty. “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right,” she told Refinery29.

    Dua then adds more movements such as yoga, Pilates, or strength training. How about cardio? “I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing,” Dua told Refinery29.

    And on days where she’s really pressed for time (because let’s be real, Dua is a busy lady. The bops aren’t going to perform themselves!) She relies on a quick 15-minute session of HIIT. “If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout,” she told Viva. “So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”

    Dua loves to focus on healthy meals, but she also shared her thoughts. Beauty CrewShe still enjoys her “naughty treats”. “But I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy because if I do eat a doughnut, it usually puts me in a food coma,” she says. It’s great.
