Who are they?
Twenty-seven-year-old Iyanna McNeely works as a program coordinator at a surrogacy service in Chicago and has an impressively word-salad-based LinkedIn profile. During the show, she became close friends with Natalie, a fellow Pod Person.
Jarrette is a self-described sneaker dealer and podcast host. She is also an investor. barber. Actually, make that “barber extraordinaire,” according to his business cards.

What happened to the show?
Jarrette hit it off right away…with another contestant named Mallory. But he was also keen on Iyanna. Mallory rejected his proposal so he asked Iyanna for her hand in marriage. After a bit of back-and-forth, she said yes—though when Jarrette and Mallory met face-to-face later in Mexico at the cast party, it seemed like there could have been a spark between them again. Jarrette and Mallory didn’t get back together, but Iyanna had questions (understandably) when they first connected. Gotta love a TV love triangle!
They were able to work through the difficulties and continued their engagement when they returned to Chicago.
Are they still together today?
It sure looks like it, even though we won’t know the final result for certain until then. Iyanna posted a picture on 2/22/22 of herself in a bride-to be sash.

She clarified that this was not a joke in the caption. Iyanna went shopping for dresses and had a bachelorette party. Jarrette and she posted a video of Jarrette meeting on the show the day before. Jarrette added a beautiful caption and their fellow contestants commented using heart emoticons. All signs point to Love! They also pointed out spoilers. Did Netflix not send out this year’s “shut the heck up” memo, or do they know we’ll tune in regardless? We absolutely will.
