Gigi Hadid is no stranger to cozy, wearable looks—and this week, she made a strong case for the divisive combo of socks with sandals. The former faux pas has been adopted by everyone, from Rihanna to Kendall Jenner and many other college students. Hadid opted for Bermuda sweat shorts and crew socks instead of the more traditional pairing of leggings and socks.
On March 21, Hadid was spotted on the streets of New York wearing a luxe yet relaxed ‘fit: a tan polo sweatshirt, matching Bermuda shorts, an off-white bag, and an oatmeal beanie. The highlight of her look was the black Birkenstock x Valentino sandals with ribbed socks. This kept her legs warm without the need to wear pants.
