Blake Lively is changing things!

The LBD, a mixed-material LBD, balances its large ab-cut and plunging neckline with leather sleeves and a skirt that falls just below the knee. It is the perfect dress for any occasion.
Lively kept her neck and hair down to show off her statement earrings. She topped the look off with a Chanel clutch and Christian Louboutin shoes.
This is a major style shift for Lively who is known for being her own stylist. Lively is a huge fan of color with an capital C. She wore a neon yellow Oscar de la Renta look to her pastel gown in many colors. You’re more likely than you think to see Lively wearing all of ROYGBIV, although it has happened occasionally.
While she is no stranger to the plunging neckline (see this bright purple pantsuit), Lively tends to focus on one asset at a given time. This baby blue skirt and crop top she wore to the Michael Kors NYFW Show in February is an example.
