Stevens Road’s Japanese dining bar offers six wagyu-based bentos. Each comes with a side of mixed greens. The wagyu is imported from Japan, and then air-flightned to Singapore.
The Wagyu Uni Chirashi Don contains more than just wagyu cubes, even though it is not exactly a bowl. aburi wagyu, Hokkaido uni, ikura, diced takuan (pickles), tamagoyaki, and cucumber. If you prefer tender slices of simmered sirloin, go for the Truffle Wagyu Sirloin Sukiyaki Don instead – wagyu sirloin is prepared sukiyaki-style, perfumed with freshly-shaved truffles.
Yakiniku Wagyu Foiled Gras Don is a more luxurious option. It includes foie gras with slices yakiniku and briny ikura. Wagyu Sushi Bento is another fancy wagyu bento. It comes in a box containing Kumamoto A5 Kainomi Wagyu. Nigiri (hand-pressed sushi) and and wagyu Chirashi, a mixture of premium Hokkaido A5 Karubi, ikura, as well as Hokkaido uni.
