This rebranded Joo Chiat restaurant serves fashionable Asian delicacies and artistic Indonesian flavours. The Coconut Stuffed Rooster Wings are accompanied by a spicy coconut chilli sauce on the aspect and sprinkled with sesame seeds and chives. The hen wings are deboned and full of a minced filling of hen with spicy shredded coconut – mainly a mixture of grated coconut, dried anchovies, chilli, ginger, shallot, garlic, kaffir lime leaf, tamarind juice, palm sugar, younger blue ginger, and button mushrooms. The wings are then glazed with spicy ginger soy sauce.
