If you like guacamole, chances are you’ll love this salsa! Made with avocados, mango, tomato and red onions. It’s light and colorful perfect with chips as a dip if you need an easy appetizer. This is a winning combination of flavors: sweet and salty, with tangy hint lime. This sauce is great on grilled chicken and fish. I’ve even enjoyed this over fish tacos!

How To Make Avocado Mango Salsa

This salsa is lighter than guacamole, and always a crowd pleaser. This recipe is versatile and can easily be modified to suit your tastes!

Start with the best ingredients. Here, I use haas avocado and tomato with garlic, jalapeno, red onions, lime juice, and cilantro. Add all ingredients to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. If you’re making this ahead, leave the avocado for last until ready to serve.

Variations:

  • Don’t like cilantro? It’s okay to leave it out!
  • If you prefer, you can leave out the tomatoes.
  • Make it spicier with serrano peppers in place of jalapeño.

  • 5 In ounces Avocado diced, From 1 medium haas
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, Seeded and diced
  • 1/4 Cup Chop fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 Cup Red onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • To taste, add kosher salt to taste and fresh pepper
