My body has been able to function more efficiently by doing workouts that activate my brain’s neuromuscular system. There’s nothing better than feeling strong.     She told the 2017 story Shape“…I don’t like to be too strict with my training, as I already work 16-hour days. I do 20-minute intervals at the gym and at home. I run for 30 seconds, then do squats, then I carry a heavy medicineball a few times a row until my heart rate increases.
