    Tracee Ellis Ross, 49, said goodbye to 2021 with an epic Instagram pic that showed off her super-toned booty—plus a fun video of her attempting to skateboard. In the photo, Tracee posed with her back to the camera while rocking a pair of over-the-knee boots, sheer black tights, cheeky black shorts, and a sparkly long-sleeved top—and she looks incredible. The hilarious video she made of her trying to skateboard was then followed by the snap.

    “Don’t worry! I got this!” She balances on the board and says, “Ohhhhh my God!” Once she’s on, she looks at the camera, and she says, “That’s all! That’s it! That’s it!” While the camerawoman asks for help, “Don’t push my! Ahhhhh!” She laughs as she jumps off the board.

    And she gave the post an epic caption: “leaving 2021 behind and ready to take on 2022 …I got this but don’t push me. All the best for the new year. You will find sweetness, inspirations, kindness, joy, and total well-being in the new year. She captioned the video and photo, “so much to be grateful for.”

    Tracee has been taking Tracy Anderson Method classes for over a decade to get her belly looking great. She said Health in 2017 that her workouts with Anderson have been “really good” for her. She explained to the publication that she finds adults are more rigid in their movement than they are as adults. “The music changes all the patterns, and my body gets to move freely, so you feel amazing—which is ultimately the point of the workouts, too.”

    Tracee works with Tracy Anderson but still finds time for Jason Walsh’s gym. She posted a video in October 2021 of herself doing weighted pushes with Walsh.

    Tracee shared her opinion on nutrition People,“I love simple, whole foods.” She avoids dairy, and loves to purchase seasonal produce at the organic farmers market.

    And she loves to keep things balanced: “My favorite meal of the day is an early dinner/late lunch between 4 and 6 p.m.,” she said. “I love going to one of my favorite restaurants once a week to have a glass of wine and a delicious meal. I don’t restrict my eating to firm meal times. I eat in the same philosophy that I live with: joyfully!”
