    Tracee recently shared how she got her legs so sculpted. The Wall Street Journal “I workout three to four times a week. It was much more before Covid, but Monday, Wednesday and Friday are usually the most frequent days. I’ll do a 6, 7, 8, or 9 a.m. workout.”

    She also swears by the Tracy Anderson Method—a dance-based workout that can get your heart rate up in zero time. “I do love Tracy Anderson, the blasting music. I love that it changes all the time,” Tracee previously told Vibe. “I love that she really sculpts a workout for my body. I feel lean.”

    Tracee took to Instagram on April 2020 to share her love for the workout. She wrote that she loves the workouts and has been doing them for years. It keeps me strong and long with just a little jiggle. Just the way I like it!”

    Jeanette Jenkins, a celebrity trainer, also joined her at the gym. “I love what she does and we often lift weights together,” Tracee told Vibe. “I’ll do the Santa Monica stairs. I’ll do some yoga. Ballet Beautiful is also something I love.     Tracee ensures that she is hydrated. She stated that she drinks water and doesn’t consume a lot of alcohol. “Alcohol makes the folds go deeper—one glass of wine is like being on 17 airplanes; it just dries you out,” she explained to Health.

    She said that eating well is important to keep her strong and build muscle while working out. Tracee said People,“I like simple, whole foods.” She doesn’t try to be too strict. “My favorite meal of the day is an early dinner/late lunch between 4 and 6 p.m.,” she said. “I love going to one of my favorite restaurants once a week to have a glass of wine and a delicious meal. I don’t restrict my eating to firm meal times. I eat in the same philosophy that I live with: joyfully!”

    Tracee also ensures that she takes her vitamins…and apple sauce. “I usually take vitamin C and vitamin B. I use Lypo-Spheric. And I do algae. And what’s the other one? You know, I’m a perimenopausal lady! I’m 49! Fish oil! That’s what I’m trying to find. She explained that she drinks Chinese herbs and then eats a little lunchbox-sized portion of apple sauce about 15 minutes before I workout.” WSJ. “And I don’t like apple sauce.” All of them.I was told that drinking a good quality sugar just 15 minutes before you start your workout can increase the effectiveness of your workout. I don’t know if it works. I do suffer from eating the apple sauce.”
