And in a new Instagram photo dump, Rita posted a series of snaps and videos from her latest workoutâas if she weren’t busy enough!
Rita, 31 years old, wore a set that included leggings with high waists and a sports bra to show off her toned abs. She also wore a stunning pink and orange eyeshadow look. I don’t know how she managed it during a workout.

Rita works with Jono Castano, a personal trainer, to stay fit. He shared more details about their workouts with the Daily MailCastano said that Rita could focus on HIIT cardio in the first half, then core and upper-body training in the middle and lower body at end.

Rita believes circuit training is the best way to get results. âI do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,â she previously told Shape. âI do three circuits and repeat that three times. I tend to focus on my thighs, and my bum. I do a lot squats, and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.â
âWhat I’ve learned is that you can take your time with training,â Rita told Shape. âYou don’t have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself to the point where I felt sick. But now I’m approaching it differently. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermathâthat feeling of contentment.â

Rita eats balanced food and shared her meal plans with ShapeShe said, “In the morning I have two boiled eggs and asparagus, and half an cup of muesli, with almond milk.” “I have chicken or fish with vegetables for lunch. I have six to eight ounces (or more) of fish with vegetables, and half a potato for dinner. Plus snacks. I don’t eat bread and sugar.”
She also treats herself sometimes and focuses on portion control. Rita shared that she watches what she eats, but that she just cuts her portions in half. Cosmopolitan. “If I want a burger, I will cut it in half and only eat half. Or, I can eat only the burger and leave the bread out. Or, if I don’t want fries, I won’t eat a burger with them.”
