    “My intention for this year is to be really mindful of what I want my life to be, knowing that my thoughts create my life, I will keep those really positive so I can grow,” J.Lo said as she held a positively fabulous jewel-encrusted water bottle. “I’ll be my best, better than ever, mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.”

    Jennifer says she strives to be “the best mother I can be, be the best partner I can be, be the best friend I can be, be the best daughter, sister, boss, person that I can be.” And who can hate on that!?

Jennifer’s usual core workout is 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate. Then she does 35 reps of each exercise, followed by 21 reps. And get this: Our girl doesn’t take any breaks in between, which is truly impressive.

    Jennifer’s diet also helps with her aesthetic goals. Her personal chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly, that Jennifer’s fridge is always full of sparkling water, fruits, and veggies. “There’s always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice.”
