    Helena loves to mix things up at the gym and let her natural ice water work its magic. She’s shared some of her most intense workout videos, including outdoor yoga, jumping ropes, squatting with a surf balanceboard, and some squat jumps.

    She even shared a clip of her doing anti-gravity sit ups with Jason Lee, her trainer and boxing coach she has been working with for 15 years.

    Helena spoke out about the 2019 in 2019. Daily MailShe said, “I believe it’s important that you mix it up and do as many forms of exercise as possible, but also to incorporate nature into it.” Swim in the ocean, in rivers, and in lakes. Hiking, trekking, chopping wood–it’s the best way of working out because it doesn’t really feel like a workout. It feels like you are alive.

    Helena is a hard worker at the gym. But her first priority is to get enough rest. She shared her 2017 story with Harper’s Bazaar UK “I feel absolutely best when I have good sleep… It just changes your entire day—when you haven’t had enough sleep and also when you have.”

She said, “I could eat pasta every evening with tons of parmesan and a few white truffles added in.” “I love Japanese food and think I eat so clean before I try a hundred different options.” I love my mother’s Peruvian food.
