“I think that I am more aware of what I put into myself as I get older. I’m more aware of it,” she shared. “Being on the road is such a hard way of living when it comes to nutrition because it will be super late at night, and you’ll realize hours have gone by and you haven’t eaten, and then there’s a drive-through, so you go through it. It’s hard. I just try to keep it simple and lean.
