Emma Roberts Rocks A Cute Bikini While On Vacay—And Her Abs Are Absolutely Killer

    Summer is a state in which you feel at ease and Emma Roberts is passionate about it. The Scream Queens star just dropped two (absolutely amazing) photos of herself on Instagram working a bikini—and I am so here for it.

    The 31-year old actress is seen in the first photo, wearing a pink two piece that shows off her toned legs and perfect abs. In the second, Emma lies on a marble slab next to a tranquil-looking indoor pool. Her muscles are clearly impressive.

    Of course, with snaps like that, people were all over it in the comments: “PRETTY QUEEN😍❤️,” one wrote. “So beautiful as ever 😍🥰😘💕❤️,” another said.

    But the mom of one has made it clear that she didn’t get that bod by sitting down—and that she’s big into working out: “I started working out regularly when I was living in New Orleans shooting American Horror Story: The Coven several years ago,” she previously told Shape. “I really fell in love with the food there. To counter all the food I was eating, I exercised more. It was a great balance. I would eat fried-chicken sliders at dinner and then go to yoga the next morning.

    Emma said she works with trainer Andrea Orbeck, “because I need to get my cardio.” She does hour-long sessions that focus on her arms, abs, and ass (which Emma jokingly referred to as the “all-important three As”).

    She also does yoga and says that Pilates is her “favorite” workout. “I can see my shape transform within a couple of sessions,” she said. “That’s good because I’m that person who, after one class, lifts up her shirt and says, ‘Where are my abs?’ I want results!’”

    Emma doesn’t screw around during her workout sessions. Orbeck told SELF that she’svery athletic” and “a little dynamo,” noting that they usually do circuit training sessions that focus on strength training and cardio.

    Emma is a good eater, too. She said Shape that she usually starts her day with an iced coffee and Moon Juice’s Spirit Dust, followed by bacon and eggs when she’s not filming.

    “For lunch, I’ll do a chopped salad with avocado, chicken, and tomatoes,” she said. “Dinner is a turkey burger, or salmon with teriyaki or ponzu sauce, and brown rice with broccoli.” Snacks might include seaweed or chips and guacamole.

    But Emma said she’s not into depriving herself. “I try not say that I won’t have something to eat.” Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, ‘What do I feel like eating?’” she said.
