The “Don’t Start Now” singer took to Instagram to post a slew of photos—and wow, she’s looking fierce. Dua is seen in Versace’s skintight catsuit, with a V-neck. AllThe way all the way to her belly button. Her arms, legs, abs—everything!—look super toned as she moves through her impromptu photoshoot.

    What can Dua do to tone her body? She’s made it more than clear that exercise is a priority for her. “I try and work out as much as I can,” Dua previously told Viva. More specifically, she loves to get her sweat on before her day really gets started.

    “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right,” she told Refinery29.

    Dua also likes to try out different workouts when she’s on the road. “When I have a tiny bit more time on my side, I love mixing up lots of different training, finding different workouts in whatever city I’m in, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, boxing or spinning,” she told Viva. “Whatever it is, I try to change it up every day to keep things interesting. When you’re on a tour bus, every day and every place is different, so you never know what you’re going to find. That’s always one way to keep it interesting.”

    Dua said that her busy lifestyle makes her “feel like I need to try and do something for myself every day,” and exercising is usually it. Even when she’s pressed for time, she’ll try to find time to work out. “I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session, which I can do before I start my day,” she told Viva. “If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”

    As for those abs, Dua said she’s big on core-strengthening exercises. “Different variations of crunches like bicycle crunches are good,” she said. “Leg raises are also great unless my back hurts. Planks are good although almost certainly my least favorite!”
