    Brie Larson is slowing down and steady in her new Instagram video. The 32-year-old actress shared a short clip of her workout with Kaceymusgraves’ “Slow Burn.”

    Brie takes her sweet time doing cable reverse crunches. This video is surprisingly relaxing, even though Brie had to work hard.

    She captioned her post with “Working up 10 reps, 3x at your bodyweight.” 🥵”

    She loves weighted squats and kettlebell squats. But she’s also open to any kind of fitness challenge. Brie shared a video in May showing herself doing one arm pull-ups. Her fans were shocked.

    Brie’s nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia explained in 2016 that while she was training in cardio-heavy scenes, she was also eating healthy. Captain MarvelShe would eat a teaspoon each of almond butter and fruit jam every morning. “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” said Goglia.

    He also said that Brie’s energy levels can be maintained by eating snacks or “bridge meals”. For post-workout meals, she would opt for either eggs or protein shakes. Lunch would be a plate with chicken and vegetables. She would have two snacks before dinner, and one fruit-based snack afterwards.
