At 52, Jennifer Lopez’s Entire Bod Is Toned AF As She Crushes A Killer Workout On IG

    Jennifer Lopez is constantly trying to share inspirational content with her Instagram followers. Last week, she spoke about the importance to set goals for the New Year before you go to the gym. In her latest post, she explains that the 52-year old Marry meStar showed her followers how dedicated she is to her health by sharing a #WorkoutWednesday clip that showed off her routine.

    Jennifer is seen doing dumbbell dumbbell bicep and chest flys, bicep curls with resistance machines, reverse crunches and more. The montage showcases her impressive arm and back muscles and her chiseled abs.

    Her hard work in the gym was admired by her followers. Peloton instructor Robin Arzón wrote, “Yes, Queen! No shortcuts.” “These other Hollywood girls COULD NEVER!💪🏼😍👏🏻🤍,” another said. “Yes girl! Amazing motivation 🙌,” a superfan chimed.

    Jennifer has always been very dedicated to her health and fitness. Last year, Jennifer kicked off the New Year with a sweaty lifting session.

    Dodd Romero, her trainer, shared her favorite core workout to help her get her abs in shape. O, the Oprah Magazine. Romero said that J.Lo’s typical ab session features 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate. Then, she does 35 reps and then 21 more of everything. And she doesn’t take any breaks in between. (PHEW!)
