Gina Rodriguez is returning to the small display screen and making mates with ghosts. The “Jane the Virgin” breakout is taking part in one other character going by way of some severe drama in “Not Lifeless But,” an upcoming ABC comedy from “This Is Us” alumni Casey Johnson and David Windsor.
