Self-care can look different to every single person, but ultimately, it’s the practice of actively injecting small rituals into your daily life to manage stressors and take care of your health (both mentally and physically) and well-being. In fact, the World Health Organization defines self-care as: “the ability of individuals, families, and communities to promote health, prevent disease, maintain health, and to cope with illness and disability with or without the support of a healthcare provider.

Some people may simply want to keep their homes clean and tidy. For others, it could be a weekly workout to boost endorphins. Others spend 15 minutes each night to pamper themselves with a relaxing skincare routine. While it might seem indulgent to some, it can be a great way to pamper yourself. On top of that, it’s beneficial for your skin as well!
