Tracee Ellis Ross can make any outfit model-worthy. Her style is legendary, from oversized suits to snow boots to winter coats. She always looks great, even when she’s working out. In a new Instagram post that is fitness-inspired, the 49-year old posted a picture of herself. She wrote that she loves the workouts and has been doing them for years. It keeps me strong and long with just a little jiggle. Tracee said People,<\/em>“I like simple, whole foods.” She doesn’t try to be too strict. \u201cMy favorite meal of the day is an early dinner\/late lunch between 4 and 6 p.m.,\u201d she said. \u201cI love going to one of my favorite restaurants once a week to have a glass of wine and a delicious meal. I don\u2019t restrict my eating to firm meal times. I eat in the same philosophy that I live with: joyfully!\u201d<\/p>\n Tracee also ensures that she takes her vitamins…and apple sauce. “I usually take vitamin C and vitamin B. I use Lypo-Spheric. And I do algae. And what’s the other one? You know, I\u2019m a perimenopausal lady! I\u2019m 49! Fish oil! That\u2019s what I\u2019m trying to find. She explained that she drinks Chinese herbs and then eats a little lunchbox-sized portion of apple sauce about 15 minutes before I workout.” WSJ<\/em>. “And I don\u2019t like apple sauce.” All of them.<\/em>I was told that drinking a good quality sugar just 15 minutes before you start your workout can increase the effectiveness of your workout.
