The Oscar-winning actor was seen in this gown, which features a plunging neckline. It is made up of layers of tulle in the form of flowers and has a variety of layers. The long train and bust are decorated with sequins and intricate beading. They shine like a star. The best thing about this gown? Bullock makes full use of the pockets while walking down the red carpet.
