Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas and their plans to expand their family may not have been announced publicly, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t hints.
The couple, who have been married for over a year, shared some happy news via Instagram on January 21st. “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate,” Chopra wrote. “We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family.” Jonas shared the same message on his own account.

This may come as a surprise to some, but one TikTok user couldn’t help but recall one moment from the event Jonas Brothers Family Roast,They claim that this makes more sense in retrospect.
@nayleamunguia shared the video clip. Chopra is joking about Jonas family dynamics and her delivery takes all three brothers by surprise. “When I first saw it, their reactions didn’t really make any sense to me,” Munguia says. “But now that, obviously, they had a surrogate and no one knew, it just makes more sense—their faces when she makes this joke.”
When the TikTok user hits play on the Netflix special, Chopra says, “We’re the only couple who doesn’t have kids yet. This is why I’m so excited to announce it. Nick and I are expecting…”
