Serena Williams’ Legs Are Killer As She Engages In A Lightsaber Battle With Her Daughter

    The clip shows the 40-year old tennis G.O.A.T. She is in full-blown duel with her 4-yearold daughter. The two of them trade totally. Star WarsAs they battle it out, they engage in some smack talk. And, it’s worth noting, Serena is having a total strong legs and arms moment as she swings away.

    Naturally, Serena’s fans were all over it in comments. “Olympia won.” One wrote that she would not challenge her. “That little Jedi has serious skills. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Another replied, “Yes,” he added. Alexis Ohanian, his hubby, simply said, “Please put some lightsaber VFX or SFX on it.”

    Serena does a lot of intense training on the tennis courts. “I was asked what keeps you motivated to play tennis,” she said. Harper’s Bazaar.“I love the sport. This is my answer.”

    But tennis isn’t ~all~ she does. Serena dropped an Instagram video in May 2020 that showed herself and her sister, fellow tennis great Venus Williams, going through a 30-minute yoga workout that she referred to as her “warm-up.”

    “I’m excited to walk you guys through what I like to call a warm-up, but it’s a little intense, so be safe,” she said as a heads up before the two went through a bunch of arm- and leg-strengthening moves. In the end, Serena announced, “I’m going to go do some cardio,” because of course she did.

    Serena’s even given us a BTS peek at some of her strength training days—and dang! She did a lot of footwork, then she did planks and resistance band training. Finally, she did a bunch core-tightening moves.

    Serena eats well too, of course. She once told Women’s Health Her philosophy isEat to live. Don’t live for the food. She said that she wanted a healthy lifestyle, which included lots of greens and plant-based foods.

    One thing you won’t spot her eating is pasta. Pasta. Serena said that she only eats pasta while she’s training or playing. “You won’t see me eating pasta any other way. Because I feel like I’ve had it so often in my career. It’s almost like I don’t want to see pasta ever again,” she shared.
