    You might be wondering how Nicole keeps in such great shape. Her fitness routine is simple. “In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” the Annie Live!starTelled Women’s Health UK.

    She’s also a big advocate of yoga, including hot and core power yoga. Nicole completes her busy week with hikes.

    And, talk about motivation—Nicole says she usually gets an extra boost from sweating it out with friends. “Me, my girlfriends, support each other at the gym. Because, you know, it’s hard to be motivated sometimes, so when you go you push each other, we try to do different things,” she said. “We just motivate each others.”

    Nicole is a light and balanced eater. For breakfast, she might choose eggs and toast with bacon, smoked salmon or porridge. She might have some cold-pressed green juice or hot tea for her drink. People.
