LeAnn Rimes, 39, Shows Off Miles Of Super Sculpted Legs In A New IG Pic

    The Grammy Award-winning singer recently shared that her NYE was low-key. “Rockin’ into the New Year like… just kidding, I’ll be in sweats on the sofa cause I have an EARLY call time for the #roseparade 🌹,” she captioned her Instagram post. “Sending you all SO much Love for 2022!”

    LeAnn has been very open about working hard for that body and she’s shared her go-to moves with fans for years. She blogged in 2017 about her favorite “tight stomach Tuesday” circuit workout that uses dumbbells and hanging straps to tone her abs.

    LeAnn also isn’t afraid to get her sweat on anywhere—in May, she dropped a video on her Instagram Stories of a workout she did in her dressing room. In the first clip she did a series of pushups and side twists. She then did leg lifts using weighted ball slams. She finished the workout by doing tricep dips from a chair in her bathroom. Next, she switched to reversesquats with her rear foot on an armchair and the ball on her shoulders.

    LeAnn told Us Weekly She works out at least four times per week. Jumping rope is her favorite exercise. Jumping rope. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do,” she shared. And when she’s not working out in her dressing room or toning her booty, LeAnn can be found hitting the gym or going on hikes or taking SoulCycle classes with her husband, Eddie Cibrian.

    LeAnn shared her thoughts on the food front. Women’s HealthShe just tries her best to find a healthy balance. Breakfast is usually Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, featuring chopped spinach, lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, lemon juice, and more. “My body actually craves them!” LeAnn stated.

    Lunch is often leftovers such as mushroom and poblano tortillas in almond flour tortillas or smoky white beans and greens soups or a chicken stir fry with vegetables. That’s all followed by a cauliflower bowl with marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken with greens and veggies for dinner. She said that her husband and she often enjoy a glass wine with dinner.
