Courteney Cox’s Jacked Abs Are Beyond Next-Level In This BTS Video On Instagram

    OK, we need to talk about this… Courteney works out regularly and she’s dropped some tidbits from her active lifestyle here and there that show she works hard for that body. The October issue of the ScreamStar shared an incredible video of herself doing a full-body boxing workout with her trainer on Instagram. Courteney didn’t just box—she threw out some serious punches and tossed in some high kicks at a rate that’ll make you look tired just from watching.

    Courteney wrote previously on Goop that she just likes to be active: “I have always loved exercise and feel that being active is important to maintain not only physical health but mental health as well,” she said. Naturally, that includes boxing and the Tracy Anderson Method, a dance-based fitness program that has a lot of celebrity fans. “I heard about Tracy through friends who had seen fantastic results,” Courteney said. “I was watching people around me change their bodies so I had to see what it was all about.”

    Courteney is a good cook. Courteney previously stated that vegetables are some of her favorite foods. New You magazine. “I just love kale, spinach, broccoli, asparagus. Anything green I like. Courteney also loves greens, but she sticks to a low-carb diet.

    She’s not afraid to have some fun with food, though. Courteney revealed in June that she “ate my way through Disneyland,” followed by a montage of herself having a Mickey ice cream pop, cotton candy, turkey leg, and more.
