Chrissy Teigen is undoubtedly one of the most sexy people on this playground. The 36-year-old supermodel and cookbook author just posted a leggy glamour shot on Instagram—and damn! Can you say legs for days! Chrissy shared a shot of her and her five-year-old daughter Luna—and while Ms. Luna is undeniably adorable, mom stole the show this time.

Chrissy posed on a fun-looking wooden sculpture and verified “thing your kid would love to climb all over.” Her outfit is truly the business ~lewk~ of my dreams: an oversized baby pink blazer layered over a minidress—paired with knee-high black boots that I just know must retail for as much as my monthly bills. To complete the look, she holds a black purse with chunky gold chains. As expected, this post was a great example of the queens of witty tweets. “Gasp my filter choice took all the color away! park magazine repost, 2022,” she wrote beneath the photo.

As far as her diet goes, Chrissy told People she’s ditching diet culture for good. (And to this I say, Amen..) “It is more important to me to take in the moment and enjoy it. I value my mind, spirit, and body more than the body. She told the magazine that she will indulge in anything that makes her happy and makes her feel good. “I’ve spent far too many years counting calories, scheduling too many workouts, and trying figure out my definition of wellness. Now I know it’s on the ground playing with my kids or going to a park or an aquarium.”

But just like the rest of us, Chrissy has her off times when it comes to keeping up with consistent exercise: “Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and then my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she told People.“It’s all about balance. Yes, I stray. [went to the gym] all the time I would be very unhappy, like physically sad and just feeling lazy and horrible.”

A balanced mentality with no diet culture and dancing (with some giggles). Yea, I’m joining the Chrissy plan!
