    What does the 39-year old actress do to get such sculpted legs? While she doesn’t talk a ton about her go-to workout routines, she’s shared little snippets here and there.

    In 2018, she posted a fast-paced Instagram video showing herself working out at the gym. She also shared a message to anyone who would be offended. “I am gaining weight for a movie role and it is going well,” she captioned the video. “To all the people who are going to fat shame me in the upcoming months, it’s not me, it’s you. Peace xx.”

    Anne isn’t messing around in the video, working her way through upper body exercises, core moves, and resistance band exercises.

    Anne is a good eater. After years of being vegan, Anne decided to eat meat again. “I had a piece of salmon and my brain felt like a computer rebooting,” she told Tatler. She then told the story. Harper’s Bazaar, she “just felt better” eating meat.

    Now, Anne told ShapeShe just tries to eat minimally processed foods. “With eating, my No.1 thing is trying to buy food that doesn’t come in packaging,” she says. “Beyond that, I try not to eat red meat and I try not to eat pork.”
