0 240

My 2022 list of books to read has exploded out of nowhere. I went from wanting to read just a few books to needing to read about three a week to finish everything on my list, and that doesn’t even include all the new releases coming out over the summer. Thanks to a whole slew of book recommendations, I’m swimming in books to read and have no idea what to start next. I looked up the stars, naturally. This book is recommended based on your zodiac sign.

Karin Slaughter

False Witness

Karin Slaughter is the queen and master of thrillers, especially if you like it a bit gory (which Aries doesn’t).).

Leigh appears to be a normal woman with a normal childhood. However, her childhood is full of secrets and violence. When she gets a call that someone wants Leigh to defend a wealthy man accused of multiple counts of rape, she’s weary—but he knows her, and he may know what happened over 20 years ago and why Leigh has spent two decades avoiding her past.

Lisa Harding

Bright Burning Things

The book was one of the most anticipated releases last year. Tauruses will want to be a part of the excitement.

Sonya lived a glamorous lifestyle, but she gave it up for empty cabinets and blackouts. Her son Tommy has kept her from completely losing herself, but her addiction is fiercely vying for her attention when Tommy ends up in dangerous situations. This is not for the faint-hearted. It is a powerful and heartbreaking look at motherhood and addiction.

Olivie Blake

The Atlas Six

This book is now available on BookTok. Geminis in the know will just need to read it.

The Alexandrian Society practically secures wealth, power, and prestige—that is, if you’re one of the six who gets in each decade. This story follows the six chosen individuals as they fight for their lives. Only five will be initiated. This book is a trilogy, so Geminis can look forward to so much after reading this book.

She puts her heart and soul into her job as a hotel maid, and finds joy in organizing and cleaning. She becomes the main suspect when she discovers a powerful, wealthy businessman dead in his suite.

Cancers will get lost in the mystery of what really happened, but Molly’s relatability is what they should be looking for.

Beth Morgan

A touch of Jen

This book might be the perfect gift for a Leo who is open to books that bend their mind a little.

Remy and Alicia are a married couple. Their most defining characteristic is their obsession with Jen, a social media influencer who used work with Remy. So when they miraculously see Jen out of the blue and she invites them on a big trip, they’ll do anything to fit in—anything.

Stephen King

Later

Virgos love classics, but this doesn’t mean that they should buy another Steinbeck. Instead, choose a classic author with an original story, such as Stephen King, our horror king.

Sagittarians require a book that keeps them interested. If it has a little bit of scare factor, even better. And Jennifer McMahon knows scary—trust us.
